This is a private apartment-type condominium, therefore there is only an en suite master bedroom (with attached bathroom) available for a tourist on a daily rate basis.

Is "the dc place" convenient for tourists?

- Only less than 5 minutes walk from this condo to the nearest Light Rail Transit Station (LRT - Cempaka Station under Rapid KL company)

- LRT can link/bring you to many places in downtown KL or to many tourist attractions like KLCC (Petronas Twin Towers), Chinatown, Bukit Bintang (KL's Main Shopping Area), and many more.

- For example: Only 10 minutes to downtown areas or 15 minutes to Chinatown by LRT; Return trips from Cempaka Station to Chinatown will only cost you less than USD $2.00

- Many buses and taxis are available near the condominium.

Many things will be provided free of charge (FOC) such as bath towel, extra blanket, shampoo, shower gel, shower water heater, cold & hot drinking water, biscuits, snacks, tissue, KL tourism map, advices & suggestions on Malaysia tourist attractions/places, internet access (maximum 15 minutes only per day; no download & upload) and many more on request if available.

If you would like to make a long-distance call from "the dc place", the call rate per minute will be charged based on the telecommunication company fixed-line long-distance call rate. Each country has a different rate.

Call for taxi arrangement you to the Airport (KLIA or LCCT at KLIA or Subang Airport) from "the dc place" will be provided if needed.

The guest of "the dc place" can freely relax and watch tv & dvd in the living room as just feel like to be at your own home.

The owner of "the dc place" will take the guest to shops or restaurants nearby - within Pandan Indah FOC by his car on request.

Useful Notes:

The owner - Derick Chik lives in "the dc place" alone (no children, no pet) so the guest of "the dc place" can enjoy peace and relax after a long day out. There are only 3 rooms in this condo unit; the master room is available for the guest while the owner resides the medium-size room and the other small room is for wardrobes and stocks.

The complete address, Google maps link and the condo direction details with condo outlook pictures will only be given via email when the guest make the confirmed reservation.

"The dc place" is located on the second floor of the building (total 10 floors; 8 units per floor; two building blocks).

The guest of "the dc place" can use the condo facilities such as swimming pool which opens daily from 8am to 10pm.

This building area is very safe to live or stay with 24-hour security officers or surveillance at the main building entrance.

A non-smoker male guest, 18 and over is truly welcome.

A photocopy of guest's passport personal particular page will be made during check in for security purpose.

"The dc place" is for a guest or a tourist who travels to KL alone only. The guest is not allowed to bring back anyone to stay at all time. If the guest must bring back someone to "the dc place" to stay, RM50.00 will be charged even for only an hour stay either in the day time or night time. It might cause troubles for the owner when the security officers question on the guest's guest.

The Management of "the dc place" has the right to dismiss a guest who acts violently or has severe misconduct during the stay.

"The dc place" is a fully private and comfortable place to stay for registered guest only.
